The Lost Boys, that little flick about vampires is ranked number 1 on my all time favourite flick list. ive seen the film a lot, ive lost count. but ive seen it enough i can recite the lines along with the movie. the soundtrack was great, the actors that were in it rocked. it had everything, action, humour and Jami Gertz (who i actually met and is even better looking in person).

this is a flick that i could watch anytime and enjoy it like it was the first time i watched it. i personally think that this is the best vampire flick out there, and i can honestly say that Twilight shit is just that....shit. i have no intention of reading the books, or watching the movies.

The Lost Boys generated 2 sequels which were pure shit, i still dont know why hollywood has to take a good flick and add unnecessary sequels or remakes or whatever.

i love this flick.

so what is your favourite flick of all time?

The Crow. Not the sequels, the first one. The score to it is heartrending when listening while I work. Another influential movie that changed my life was Pump Up the Volume. I think that's when I knew music was going to be a lethal addiction.

My favorite movie of all time was Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. So many great lines in that movie. I like all the Star Trek movies but this one was my favorite.

I've heard about how many people like The Lost Boys. I actually watched that movie for the first last weekend. Good movie.

i havent seen Scott Pilgrim yet so i will definitely have to check it out.

Derek > great flick, the best in the series, and i mean only the first three originals, i didnt like the second trilogy, although i like Natalie Portman as the queen.

On a normal day, I would say it's a tie between Super Troopers and Shawshank Redemption.  But, about three days ago, I was curious and sat down to watch Scott Pilgrim vs The World.  I was amazed at how much I dug that movie. Since, I have watched it twice more.  Once with my wife and once just because.  Maybe it's because I'm an old school gamer and enjoy the music and references, or maybe because I enjoy dry humor.

Either way, if you have not seen it yet, I highly recommend it.
